Arsenal are set to sign 16 year old Swedish youngster Kristoffer Olsson this summer. The Gunners will pay his club a reported £250,000 transfer fee.
Olsson, currently playing at IFK Norrkopings, will join the Gunners this week.
"I can confirm that the transfer is close to being sealed. I won't comment on any sums, but of course we are happy with the deal," IFK Norrkopings sporting director Tony Martinsson revealed.
"We are pleased, but of course we would have preferred to have seen Kristoffer stay in Norrkoping and evolve to a first-team player.
"He wanted to take this chance and we will not stand in the way."
