Porto defender Rolando has made himself available for a transfer to Chelsea, offering former coach Andre Villas-Boas a reminder that he would be available for transfer.
Talk in Portugal suggests that Chelsea are setting up a £14m offer for Rolando.
"Andre Villas-Boas has my number. If he is interested, he knows that I loved working with him," Rolando said.
"I have been in Porto for three years now and now could be a good time to leave, I just want to continue to win, whether here or somewhere else.
"There are clubs in Europe who Porto cannot compete with, financially, and if an offer comes in, we will see."
