Xavi has announced on Barcelona's site that he believes Cesc Fabregas is pining for a move to the Nou Camp, and the only thing standing in his way is Arsenal agreeing a fee with the Catalan giants.
Xavi said: "I spoke to Cesc in Ibiza and he said he was suffering because he wanted to come. It's more like, he did everything he could to come and wants to leave Arsenal - although he made it clear that now everything depends on the selling club."
It is believed that Arsenal are holding out for a 40m GBP fee for the Spain international midfielder.
