Rafa Benitez could be set to cash in on Peter Crouch. The England international striker is reportedly unhappy to be considered behind Torres and Voronin at Anfield and could be looking for January move to another club. Juventus have been linked with the striker.
The Mail on Sunday says Benitez's patience with his centre-forward has finally snapped after Crouch's lacklustre performance in the 1-0 midweek defeat by Marseille and he is unlikely to play against Tottenham today.
Crouch is still looking for his first goal of the season. If Benitez decides to sell Peter, his fee could be as much as £8m.
