Barcelona representative Josep Maria Bartomeu has hinted that a deal to bring Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas is finally nearing completion, admitting that there are complications but the deal should go through as planned before August 30th.
Barcelona completed the signing of Alexis Sanchez last week, and now are moving on to their next target and seem confident that a deal will be completed.
''It is a sure thing that we will make one more signing. [Alexis] Sanchez was always our No. 1 target. Fabregas was always No. 2,'' he said. '
'We are discreet and prefer not to talk about signings, but we have time until August 30 to make sure some things happen and I can tell you they will.''
