Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is readying a 14m GBP offer for Shakhtar Donetsk star attacking midfielder Willian, according to reports today.
Willian has been with Shakhtar since 2007 and has told his friends that he would like to leave the Ukraine for the Premiership.
Tottenham have been quiet this summer in the transfer market; but Redknapp is believed to have his eyes only on one player this summer.
