Everton have made an offer for Man City defender Nedum Onuoha, according to reports. The England under-21 international is surplus to requirements at the Etihad Stadium.
Man City manager Roberto Mancini told Onuoha that he was free to leave the club last season, and values the player at around 4m GBP.
The player spent last season on loan at Sunderland, and there are also reports that Everton are weighing up a loan move as opposed to a permanent switch.
