QPR interested in Scott Parker deal

18 August 2011 - 20:19

QPR have been linked with a shock move for West Ham midfielder Scott Parker. It is understood that the ambitious London side are discussing a move for Parker with the Hammers.

  • Chelsea ready to sell four home-grown players
  • Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Aston Villa, Palmer starts

  • Since the arrival of Tony Fernandes at Loftus Road; there has been talk that several new players will be arriving at the club.

The first one mentioned is Scott Parker; who would be allowed to leave for around 10m GBP.

"We have a few days left to bring targets that we do really need at the club to take us where we want to be," Stoke boss Neil Warnock confirmed.

"I don't think we should talk about players at other clubs at the moment. We should do it in the right way. (Parker) is just one of a number of options and we have different positions and different options.

"We'll try to get our number one targets in all those positions and if not we'll try to get the number two targets and so forth.

"We're actively looking at a number of players before the deadline closes. We are looking at quality players to bring to the club."
