Tottenham will do battle with Arsenal to sign Bolton defender Gary Cahill, according to reports on Monday morning. The Bolton defender is valued at around 14m GBP by his club Bolton.
Gary Cahill is reportedly eager to move to another club to experience European football, but at the moment very little progress is being made on a projected move to Arsenal due to valuation differences.
Arsenal are offering around 8.5m GBP for the Bolton defender, some way short of the 14m GBP value that Bolton believe Cahill is worth.
Harry Redknapp is now interested in the England defender, and it is understood that he will make an offer to Bolton on Monday.
