Wigan are preparing an offer for Tottenham misfit Giovani dos Santos. The Mexican forward has been told he can leave White Hart Lane this summer.
Wigan boss Roberto Martinez is preparing a 4.5m GBP offer for the Mexican, and it is believed that will be accepted by Spurs.
dos Santos has already spent three years on loan away from Tottenham and is now looking for a permanent switch elsewhere.
