Tottenham step up Hargreaves interest

Tottenham have invited Owen Hargreaves to White Hart Lane for a thorough medical examination today, as they hope to evaluate the former Man Utd player's fitness.

West Bromwich Albion had already offered Owen Hargreaves a contract; but apparently the midfielder has not yet accepted as he waits for other options.



Tottenham are ready to take a gamble on Hargreaves' talent and will make a decision on Wednesday evening regarding a possible contract for the former Bayern Munich man.
