Yet another offer has been rejected by Bolton for their star defender Gary Cahill. Arsenal have been linked with the player all summer, but it seems the Gunners and Trotters are some way off in their valuations.
Cahill is valued by Bolton at around 16m GBP, but the Gunners have so far only made bids of 8m and 11m respectively.
Arsenal will now have to bid closer to 13m GBP before negotiations can recommence with Owen Coyle and Phil Gartside for the transfer of the England centre back.
