Sven-Goran Eriksson is lining up an audacious swoop for Inter Milan's French midfield Patrick Vieira. Eriksson has already indicated that he will be signing players again in January.
Corriere dello Sport says Vieira's future at Inter is in doubt after angering fans over his commitment to France.
Vieira was injured while playing for France and the former Arsenal man is out of favour after putting country over club on a few occasions.
Any swoop for Vieira would be a superb move by Man City.
