Arsene Wenger will be forced to watch from the stands in the opening two Champions League games against Borussia Dortmund and Olympiakos this month.



Wenger had launched an appeal after insisting that UEFA officials told the Frenchman that it was OK to communicate with his team via assistant Pat Rice.
