Sunderland will keep their faith in manager Steve Bruce, despite recent reports that club owner Ellis Short was considering disposing of their manager.
However, it appears that Sunderland still retain complete confidence in Bruce and hope he can reverse their mixed early season form.
Sunderland have signed 12 new players this summer but there appears to be some doubt over whether or not the new signings will gel.
A source close to the club denied the rumours.
