Mancini upbeat despite Man City draw

Mancini upbeat despite Man City draw

19 September 2011 - 06:48

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini praised his side despite only being able to draw 2-2 to Fulham at the weekend. Sergio Aguero's two goals were not enough to secure victory.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Arsenal handed huge boost ahead of Bournemouth clash

  • Bobby Zamora and Danny Murphy made hard work for Man City, who thought they were on their way to yet another victory after Aguero's 7th and 8th goals of the season.

However, City were unable to win all three points and took a point.

Mancini though, seemed upbeat despite dropping two important points: "It's incredible, we lost two points after we scored two goals and dominated the game.

"But I think this can be a lesson for us. When we have the chances we should score."
