Preview: Wolves vs Swansea

22 October 2011 - 09:15

Wolverhampton Wanderers host Swansea City in the early kick-off on Saturday afternoon, and both of these teams are expected to fight tooth and nail for a crucial three points at Molineux.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • Wolves can call upon Sylvan Ebanks-Blake after recovery from a knee injury, but Steven Fletcher will miss out and Ronald Zubar still faces time out on the sidelines.

Steven Caulker (knee), Stephen Dobbie (ankle), Alan Tate (broken leg) and Kemy Agustien (hamstring) are all missing for Swansea.

This is the first time these two sides have met in England's top flight for nearly 29 years. Wolves have endured a miserable run of form, losing five games on the spin, whilst Swansea's away record is terrible and they have yet to win a game on the road.
