Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas insists that despite calls for the Blues to hire a member of staff to help the struggling Portuguese manager, the 34 year old insists that he is happy on his own.

Chelsea have lost three of their last five games, and are struggling for survival in the Champions League.<br />

A reporter asked Villas-Boas if he thought he needed help to guide Chelsea out of their current problems, and Guus Hiddink has been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge.<br />

Villas-Boas said: "I don't agree [that I need help.] I don't solve problems on my own, I solve problems with my group of people and my group of players."
