Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca has no doubts about Erling Haaland's winning goal against Manchester United in the Premier League.
The Cityzens continued their perfect start to the league campaign with a 1-0 win over Man Utd. They were down to 10 men after Phil Foden's early red card, but still produced a good account of themselves.
They won the derby by a controversial goal from Haaland. Enzo Fernandez appeared to be interfering with play from an offside position in the lead-up, but VAR gave the goal after highlighting that Haaland was onside.
Speaking after the game, Maresca said that he has no problems with the decision and Haaland was quite clearly onside, he told Sky Sports after the slender victory: "I think it was onside clearly so it's good."
With the result, Manchester City have moved equal on points with Arsenal at the top of the league standings, but the Gunners stay top on goal difference after four matches into the new campaign.
