Blackburn chasing Georgios Fotakis

Blackburn are considering a move for Greek international Georgios Fotakis. The 30 year old midfielder currently plays for PAOK Salonika, the same team that defeated Tottenham in the Europa League this week.

It appears that Rovers have been watching Fotakis in action, and the midfielder could complete a sensational move to England in the coming weeks.<br />

Fotakis had a spell with Scottish side Kilmarnock back in 2006, so is no stranger to the British leagues. His agent is currently in negotiations with numerous clubs, Blackburn are believed to be one of them.<br />

When asked about Blackburn's reported interest, Fotakis' agent quipped: "Of course Georgios would be interested.&nbsp;He is happy at PAOK but it is his dream to play in the Premier League."
