Cavani prefers Spain switch

Cavani prefers Spain switch

04 December 2011 - 06:48

Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani seemed to suggest that he would prefer a move to Spain instead of England, paving the way for a Real Madrid move.

  • Chelsea consider £39m deal for Lens midfielder
  • Chelsea ready to battle Arsenal for Brentford star?
  • Cavani has been monitored by Premier League sides Manchester United and Manchester City, but at this time is happy to stay at Napoli.<br />

    &ldquo;Now I let people talk and don&rsquo;t pay any attention to those rumours. I am concentrating only on what I have to do for Napoli," said Cavani'<br />

    &ldquo;I really like English football as well as Italian, but I am also a fan of Spanish football. There are more spaces there and it&rsquo;s great for a striker who likes to move around on the pitch. Spain is ideal for me and I&rsquo;d be very happy to play there.&rdquo;
