Arsenal manager has admitted that if he had the funds available, he would make a move for Brazilian striker Neymar. The 19-year-old forward is widely regarded to be the finest player of his generation.
<em>"If I had the money, I’d buy Neymar"</em>, said the Arsenal manager.<br /><br /><em>"He has the potential to become a great goalscorer. </em><em>But there is a big difference between the level of the Brazilian championship and the European level."</em><br />
<em>Real Madrid and Barcelona are believed to both be chasing Neymar, with Spain the forward's preferred destination.</em>
