Arsenal manager has admitted that if he had the funds available, he would make a move for Brazilian striker Neymar. The 19-year-old forward is widely regarded to be the finest player of his generation.
"If I had the money, I’d buy Neymar", said the Arsenal manager.
"He has the potential to become a great goalscorer. But there is a big difference between the level of the Brazilian championship and the European level."
Real Madrid and Barcelona are believed to both be chasing Neymar, with Spain the forward's preferred destination.
