Arsenal manager has admitted that if he had the funds available, he would make a move for Brazilian striker Neymar. The 19-year-old forward is widely regarded to be the finest player of his generation.

<em>Real Madrid and Barcelona are believed to both be chasing Neymar, with Spain the forward's preferred destination.</em>
