Roberto Mancini has admitted that discussions with AC Milan are ongoing regarding the transfer of Carlos Tevez, but insisted that Man City would only listen to a permanent deal for the Argentinian, and not a loan switch.
AC Milan's vice president Adriano Galliani revealed two days ago that terms have already been agreed with the player, just a deal with Manchester City needs to be thrashed out.
The Citizens have quoted Milan a reported 23m GBP price for the player.
