Arsenal winger Andrei Arshavin looks set to quit the Emirates in the January transfer window, as the Gunners have reportedly an enquiry regarding the Russian international's availability from Anzhi.
The ambitious Russian side are preparing a 9.5m GBP offer for the out-of-favour midfielder, who has seen his first team opportunities limited this year after impressive form from Gervinho and Theo Walcott.
Arshavin is believed to be frustrated with life on the bench, and his representatives are looking for a new club for the former Zenit man.
Anzhi will reportedly move for Arshavin at some point towards the end of the January transfer window, after Gervinho has returned from African Cup of Nations duty.
