Guus Hiddink agent denies Anzhi move

Guus Hiddink agent denies Anzhi move

23 December 2011 - 20:11

The agent of Guus Hiddink has moved to deny reports that a deal has already been agreed with ambitious Russian side Anzhi to make the Dutchman their new coach.

  • Enzo Fernandez wants to leave Chelsea
  • Man Utd set to hold contract talks with experienced star
  • Guus Hiddink has been out of work since November, when he stepped down as head coach of the national team of Turkey.<br />

Since then, Hiddink has been holidaying and is in no rush to decide on his future.&nbsp;<br />

According to Hiddink's agent,&nbsp;Kees van Nieuwenhuizen, the Anzhi talk is somewhat premature:&nbsp;<span>"Guus has been on vacation in Africa since last week. He will return only in mid-January, and will make up his mind about his future when he returns.</span><br />

<span><span>"He will choose one of the offers he has already received. No one from Anzhi approached me and I had no contacts with this club."</span></span>
