Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean wants to sign Andy Johnson from Fulham on January. Johnson is reportedly unhappy at the club after being left out of the squad for the West London derby against Chelsea.

  • Steve Kean said that he needs four players in January and Andy Johnson is top of his shopping list. He also said that Rovers will bounce back and climb up the table quickly.

Fulham will want £2M for the 30 year old striker. He has played 14 games so far in the season and has scored 3 goals. Blackburn will have to face competition from QPR for Johnson's signature.

Rovers have just 11 points in 18 matches and find themselves at the bottom of the English Premier League.

Blackburn is also interested in Man City's Nedeum Onuoha and Nottingham Forest right-back Christ Gunter.
