Zlatan looking forward to Tevez arrival

AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is looking forward to the arrival of Argentine striker Carlos Tevez. The Manchester City forward is widely expected to complete a transfer to the San Siro this month.

  • Mauricio Pochettino confirms fresh injury blow for Chelsea star
  • Arsenal want to make four marquee signings this summer

  • Milan have been tracking the forward for over three weeks, but there appears to be a problem negotiating a fee with Man City. The Citizens are looking for 20 million GBP, whereas Milan would prefer to take Tevez on loan until the end of the season.

"For me, Tevez is a great player. I don't know how the situation is and if he's coming, if he's not coming. But he's a great player and if he comes for sure he will do a great job for us," said Ibrahimovic.

"It would be an extra weapon for us. Everybody knows what kind of a player Tevez is. He's a fantastic player and he will bring extra quality to the team."
