Colombian striker Jackson Martinez is a target for Liverpool. The Jaguares frontman has recently enjoyed international recognition, scoring 5 goals in 10 games. The player moved to the Mexican side in 2010.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, Liverpool have already held discussions with representatives of the player with regards to a move to England.
Valued at around 8.5m GBP, the player is being considered by the Reds who are desperately looking for a striker to bolster their attacking options. Luis Suarez faces 8 games on the sidelines through suspension, whilst Andy Carroll has been out of form since joining Liverpool from Newcastle.
