Wolves manager Mick McCarthy has been backed by club owner Steve Morgan; despite the club's poor showing in the Premier League this year. Wolves currently lie 16th in the Premier League.
Steve Morgan purchased the club in 2007 for only £10 with the promise that he would invest £30 million of his own money over the course of the next two years.
Morgan's mantra appears to be based on stability, as opposed to firing club bosses early into their careers.
"You don't get stability by chopping and changing your manager all the time," said Morgan.
"I like to think football thinks Wolves do things our way - and our way is about long-term growth and stability.
"Of course, we want the team to do better than it is currently doing. But you don't get long-term growth by chopping and changing all the time."
