QPR close in on Henrique deal

Queens Park Rangers are on the verge of signing Brazilian youngster Henrique for 400,000 GBP. The Sao Paulo midfielder will join on an 18 month loan deal.

As part of the loan deal, QPR will have first option on the player over the course of the loan period, and can purchase him permanently for 5 million GBP.<br />

At the recent under-20 World Cup, Henrique had been named the player of the tournament. If QPR can pull of the deal it will be a massive coup for Mark Hughes' side.
