Norwich chasing Jay Rodriguez

Norwich City could make an offer for highly rated Burnley striker Jay Rodriguez. According to a report, Paul Lambert has already contacted the Championship side regarding the availability of the 22-year-old striker.

  • Rodriguez has been in inspirational form for Burnley this year, scoring 14 goals in 31 games; and a number of Premier League scouts have been tracking the striker in action.<br />

    Burnley value the forward at around 3.5m GBP and would only sell if they can find a replacement right away.<br />

    Norwich City have been busy identifying new players to sign in the January transfer window, but have so far been thwarted in their efforts to complete deals.<br />

    According to the report, the Canaries hope to wrap up a deal for Rodriguez as soon as next week.
