Chelsea to sign Kevin De Bruyne today

Chelsea have agreed a fee with Racing Genk for the signing of Belgian youngster Kevin De Bruyne. The highly rated winger has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge for over two years, and will finally sign a deal before the end of next week.

De Bruyne will sign a five year contract with the Blues, and according to reports from Belgium today; he will immediately return to his club Racing Genk to play the rest of the season on loan.



The Blues have reportedly agreed a fee of around £6 million for the talented winger.
