Massimo Ambrosini has been linked with a transfer to Fiorentina. The AC Milan midfielder had been expected to sign for the club earlier in the year but a deal did not materialise.
However, Ambrosini is now reaching 30 and in his prime and may see a move elsewhere as a useful way to get more first team football. Ambrosini is expected to cost around £3m and has stayed at Milan for over 12 years.
