Chelsea & Man Utd want to sign Como star

Chelsea and Manchester United are lining up moves for Como defender Jacobo Ramon, according to Caught Offside.

The Spaniard is one of the best young centre-backs in Serie A, and he could pursue a new challenge away from Como next year.

Real Madrid have the option to buy him back for just €9m next summer, but the 21-year-old does not see himself at Los Blancos.

Ramon prefers regular playing time as he enters the prime of his career, and Madrid could seek an instant profit from his sale.

Chelsea and United are keeping a close eye on the central defender, and they could battle it out for his signature next summer.

Meanwhile, Como have not ruled out keeping Ramon for another season.

The Serie A giants cancelled Nico Paz's buy clause at Real Madrid by paying a hefty £52m fee during the last transfer window.

They could repeat the feat with Ramon too. Como have high ambitions of winning the Serie A title and want to keep their best players.
