Chicago Fire manager Frank Klopas has admitted that he is interested in Chelsea striker Didier Drogba, who has been persistently linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge. The Ivory Coast international has been locked in contract talks with the Blues for over a year.
The 33-year-old has been linked with a move to Chelsea to ambitious Shanghai Shenhua, but now MLS side Chicago Fire are keen on the player.
"If there's a DP that's out there that can fit in with our team, we're always open to it," Klopas told Goal.com.
"Drogba? Of course, yes, [the Fire would be interested], there's talks but would he really come and what would it take?"
