Andy Johnson to tie up Fulham new deal

Fulham striker Andy Johnson is looking forward to finally agreeing terms on a new contract with Fulham. Johnson's contract at Craven Cottage will expire at the end of the season, and the forward is locked in talks with his club.

  • Johnson said: "There are on-going negotiations. Hopefully, we will try to tie that up in the coming weeks. Of course I would like to stay. If we can get something done that would be great."



    QPR and Swansea were amongst clubs both reportedly interested in the England striker during the January transfer window, but Johnson decided to stay with the Cottagers for the time being.
