Everton chase Mons striker

21 April 2012 - 11:06

David Moyes has re-ignited his interest in RAEC Mons striker Jeremy Perbet after failing to sign him in January. The Everton manager is keen on the striker and believes that a prolific scorer could end his club's goal scoring issues.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • The French striker has scored 15 goals in 15 games for the Belgian club RAEC Mons. The 26-year old has been in impeccable form at Mons scoring 49 goals for the club from just 43 matches. The tall goal poacher has had successful outings at Moulins and Tubize earlier, however, was not recognized by most of the top clubs.

Perbet has a release clause of just £1million, getting the player's signature would not be much trouble for David Moyes.
