Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic is being tracked by Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho. The Portuguese manager is hopeful that he can complete a deal for the Serbian international this summer as Los Blancos prepare for a busy summer of transfer deals.
Ivanovic has been one of Chelsea's most consistent performers this season, helping his side to FA Cup and Champions League glory.<br />
The defender helped himself to 3 league goals and a further two more in all other competitions; and his good form has attracted the interest of Real.<br />
"Yes, I know that a lot has been said about my future and that Madrid are interested and tracking me," Ivanovic said.<br />
"But now isn't the time to be talking about that. I'm focused on the national team at the moment and I'm really happy at Chelsea and in London.<br />
"I just won the Champions League a week ago and changing teams is not in my thoughts right now."
