Paris St Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is hopeful that former England captain David Beckham will join him at the French capital club once his contract at LA Galaxy expires.

Beckham is currently set to quit the MLS after six successful years, and it appears that both PSG and QPR are fighting for his signature.<br />

Swedish international Ibrahimovic is hopeful that Beckham will choose the French club, though: "I&nbsp;am sure there will be many offers for him from clubs all over the world, but it is a very exciting project here in Paris and if he still wants more trophies then this is the right club for him to join.<br />

"We can win the Champions League over the next two seasons with the team that is being built."
