Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp wants to link up with a former player Wilson Palacios at Loftus Road, as the midfielder looks set to cut short his spell with Stoke City.
Palacios - formerly of Tottenham when Redknapp was manager - has not impressed his employers at Stoke despite their huge investment in the midfielder 18 months ago.
Palacios' father confirmed that a move to QPR would be likely: “Wilson is going to join QPR. Their manager is interested in signing him once more, as he knows him well.
“Wilson is going to change clubs as he is not getting games for Stoke.”
