Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner is a shock target for Newcastle United. The Tyne and Wear club have so far failed in their pursuit of a forward, and could now sign Danish international Bendtner as a replacement for Demba Ba.
Bendtner is currently on loan for the season at Juventus, but has so far failed to impress in Turin in the 8 Serie A games that he has been a part of.
The Gunners are known to be eager to sell the striker, who has slowly slipped down the pecking order at the Emirates; and are ready to sell the forward for as little as 3.5 million Euros.
