Swansea bid for Kenwyne Jones rejected by Stoke

17 January 2013 - 06:39

Swansea City's bid for Stoke City striker Kenwyne Jones has been turned down. The forward has been linked with a move away from the Britannia, but Swansea have not matched the asking price requested by Tony Pulis.

  • Chelsea suffer big injury blow ahead of Everton game
  • Enzo Fernandez refuses to rule out Chelsea exit
  • Jones is one of Stoke City's longest serving players, but a series of internal issues with manager Pulis appears to mean his spell at the club is coming to an end.<br />

Swansea City on the other hand are not sure about the long term future of striker Danny Graham, and will now make a move for Jones to replace him should he leave.
