Coloccini wont quit Newcastle in January

Coloccini won't quit Newcastle in January

25 January 2013 - 07:26

Newcastle defender Fabricio Coloccini has told the club that he will stay until the end of the season, after being informed that it would cost him almost 8 million Euros to buy out the remainder of his contract.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • Newcastle have been busy looking for replacements for Fabricio Coloccini this January, and have already signed several replacements for the defender.

However, it appears that the Argentine will stay put at the club after being told it will be a very expensive buyout for the player.
