West Bromwich Albion are favourites to complete a deal for Man City's out of favour winger Scott Sinclair. The former Swansea player has fallen down the pecking order at the Etihad Stadium.
It's understood that Steve Clarke has made Scott Sinclair his top target for the summer, as he has been given a massive 20 million GBP budget to spend on new players by chairman Jeremy Peace.<br />
The 24-year-old has only managed to start in two games since moving to City, and seems surplus to requirements at the club already.
