Man City star Carlos Tevez open to France move

20 May 2013 - 10:31

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez is ready to listen to offers from Ligue 1's biggest clubs. According to the French press, both Paris St Germain and Monaco are both monitoring Tevez's contract situation at the Etihad Stadium.

  • Tevez is still not certain if he will remain in the future Man City manager's plans for the new season. With that in mind, it appears that the Argentine forward, 29, is open to a move across the Channel.

Tevez has even confirmed that some interest has come from France, and that he will consider a move away especially as his contract will expire in 2014. Tevez said: "There was a little interest from PSG. We didn't reach a deal. That's the reason I didn't sign at Paris. But it's an interesting league, especially as it's evolving quickly.

"For me, it remains an option. If we talk and reach an agreement, there's no problem for me to play at PSG or in France."
