Andy Carroll will be out of action until at least August, leaving the player unavailable for matches for England.

Liam Rosenior confirms 23yo Chelsea star is available to start vs West Ham United

The player, currently on loan at West Ham, will miss England's up coming games.



Carroll is expected to return to Liverpool next week, but will potentially complete a deal to West Ham in the coming weeks.
