Ramos urges Bale to join Real Madrid

23 May 2013 - 08:24

Tottenham forward Gareth Bale has been urged to move to Real Madrid by Sergio Ramos. The Spanish defender has told British paper The Sun that Ramos moving to Real would be a wise decision for his career.

 • Juventus and Napoli enter race for Chelsea winger
 • Felix Nmecha linked with Chelsea move
 • Real Madrid and Barcelona are amongst the clubs chasing Bale's coveted signature, but today the forward indicated that he might stay at White Hart Lane for the time being.
However, those words haven't stopped Ramos from going public about any interest from Real for Bale.
“Gareth Bale is a Real Madrid-quality signing,” Ramos said in the Sun.
“He has had an exceptional season. He can punish any team in the world and has the footballing qualities we look for in Madrid.
“I am sure Madrid will not be the only team that want to sign him, but he is the right mould for us.”
