Luis Suarez has admitted he could head for the Anfield exit door this summer. Despite scoring 30 goals in 44 games, the player has admitted for the first team his future may lie elsewhere.

The Uruguayan forward has been in fine form recently for Liverpool, the player is now being monitored by Real Madrid.<br />

For the first team, Suarez has hinted at a possible move away:&nbsp;"I do not know when I'm going and I do not know if I'm staying.<br />

"I have only words of thanks to the club, the fans of Liverpool.<br />

"But the treatment I received from the rest of England in recent weeks has been tough."<br />
