Tottenham keen on Jackson Martinez

Tottenham have expressed interest in Porto's striker Jackson Martinez. The 26-year-old forward scored 26 goals in 27 games for the Portuguese side last year and has been linked with a move to the Premier League.

Martinez joined Porto for $11 million from Jaguares last season and has since gone on to impress in the Portuguese Premier League. A move to England will be hard for the forward to turn down, as the player has already asked his agents to help him move to another country.<br />

Monaco are also linked with the striker, but it appears Andre Villas-Boas' side are in pole position to secure his signature.
