Manchester United could make a bid for Barcelona midfielder Thiago Alcantara. The 22-year-old Spain international has been linked with a move away from Catalonia in recent weeks.
With Man Utd's new manager David Moyes eager to revamp his squad in time for the new year, Alcantara has emerged as a surprise target for United.
Alcantara is reportedly disappointed with his lack of playing time last year - playing just 27 times in the league for Barca - and is considering a move away where a team can guarantee him more playing time.
